Houston Consumer Choice is an ongoing initiative to educate all Houstonians that they have a choice in the competitive electricity market. The materials communicate the facts surrounding the "Right to Choose", which helps Houstonians become more educated on the topic if they were to decide to switch electricity companies.
The site is fully accessible, and built in both English and Spanish with a user-friendly calculator that enables users to easily compare electricity providers and costs side-by-side. The site was developed using XHTML Transitional 1.0 and CSS for all presentation.
