Over several years the Bausch & Lomb website had been updated in a piecemeal fashion. The website no longer had a unified look and feel, and it did not reflect the company's overall brand strategy, positioning, and key attributes. Another concern was that end users had trouble finding the information they were looking for as they navigated through the site.
The site was redesigned and re-branded. Site architecture, customer interaction, and site performance were all improved. The new Bausch & Lomb website look and feel has now been rolled out to the majority of their international sites, with great success.
