Site launches are always exciting, and nerve-wracking, and tense. Especially when the development of the site has gone smoothly. You’re waiting for That One Thing to go wrong.

But the launch of the Houston Arts Alliance site has been as smooth as its development. The site was developed in ExpressionEngine on a staging server, and was moved on Friday evening to its live server where the lovely people at the Houston Arts Alliance are steadily populating it with all their older content. I’m sure that process will continue for some time, and they now have an easy-to-use content management system in which to accomplish the task.
